Cancellations can be made using the Manage Bookings customer portal. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 72 hours before appointment time: no fee, full refund
• Within 72 hours of appointment: 50% fee
• Same day cancellation: 100% fee

After a cancellation is made, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Fees are waived in the case of personal injury or unavoidable external circumstances, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Customers can reschedule their own lessons using the Manage Bookings customer portal.

• Rescheduling is disabled when the appointment is within 24 hours.
• For slight schedule adjustments, call Coach Hafsa for accommodation requests. Coach Hafsa reserves the right to charge a discretionary rescheduling fee on a case-by-case basis.

Heat: While golf is a great sport to play in the summer, you want to make sure you prioritize your health.

As such, if the temperature exceeds 100°F or there is an excessive heat warning issued, Coach Hafsa reserves the right to reschedule your lesson at no cost. You will be contacted prior to rescheduling. 

Rain: Golf is a sport that is played in the rain. In fact, rainy day lessons offer an opportunity to teach specific skills related to playing in the rain.

However, too much rain can lead to an unproductive session.

If the chances of rain during the timeslot of your appointment is less than 60%, Coach Hafsa will be there and ready to coach. Please come ready with rain gear.

If the chances of rain are 60% or higher, your lesson is required to be rescheduled at no cost. Coach Hafsa will contact you to coordinate an alternative date.

If more than 15 minutes have passed beyond the lesson start time without any contact with Coach Hafsa, then the lesson is considered a no-show, and is not eligible for a refund. If you are running late, be sure to contact Coach Hafsa to let her know.

The Manage Bookings portal is a tool you can use to cancel or reschedule your appointments on your own. 

When you sign up for your first lesson on GolfWithHafsa.com, an email is sent to you inviting you to create an account.

Please look for that email and create an account, which will allow you to use the portal to manage any bookings associated with your email address.
